2. The In-person Building Meeting
Our team will visit the building with the floor-plans of each and every unit type. We’ll take notes, and begin our research.

Our team members will personally visit every building in the neighborhood whom you might be competing with.
We’ll share a professional report letting you know exactly what you’re dealing with when it comes to pricing your spaces.
4. The Pricing Proposal
At this point, we have a clear idea of every single apartment for rent. We understand your competition and the rentals they offer, and we understand the prices in the neighborhood. We’re now ready to present a full evaluation of how we would price each apartment.
5. Marketing Strategy
We will handle every ad created. From Streeteasy to digital marketing and social media. We help create image assets and monitor incentives offered to maximize returns on each apartment for rent in your portfolio.

We create a video tour of every single one of your apartments for rent. If your building has model units, we focus on creating a version of each one specialized for marketing. This will SIGNIFICANTLY help the leasing team in communicating with your prospects to be able to lease more efficiently.
We also teach every real estate agent and real estate marketing specialist how to take and share the video tours of every apartment for rent, so they can easily share it with prospects and/or follow-up with them after their tours.
